Stages of the Afterlife

1. The Barzakh: The intermediate life in the grave between death and resurrection.
2. The Trumpet: The cosmic sound that ends all life and then resurrects all beings.
3. The Gathering (Hashr): All of humanity standing before their Lord under the intense sun.
4. The Scales (Mizan): The weighing of deeds, where even an atom's weight of good or evil is accounted for.
5. The Bridge (Sirat): The traverse over Hellfire towards Paradise, strictly based on one's light of faith and deeds.

This belief instills a sense of profound responsibility. We are not wandering aimlessly; we are journeying towards a meeting with our Creator.
